RETAIL ONLY : FREE SHIPPING : Free shipping on purchases of $75 and over for fedex ground. Some items may not apply. Please see item detail page for more information. We reserve the right to charge the extra shipping on applicable items. (Available in US only)

WHOLESALE ORDERS:    

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to provide shipping discounts.  We do pass on the discounts we receive from Fedex to our customers. You can estimate approximately 5-10% of the total order value as shipping costs depending on location and items purchased.

 

Delivery:

 


Retail Orders are process within a 72 hour period and then shipped.

Wholesale orders: Ship depending on need by date and current availability of items. 


Standard Service delivery times average from 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Standard shipping is FedEx Home Delivery via ground transportation and USPS.
Expedited special service guaranteed only by calling our office and speaking with an associate at 877-509-5271.
Express Shipping available for an additional charge, via FedEx 2 Day Air and Next Day Air.

 

Order Tracking:

Each customer has a FedEx tracking code. You can receive this code via an email . This code can be used at the FedEx website, www.fedex.com, to track the order's progress and to see the projected delivery date.

Shipping & Handling Charges:

Charges are based on the adjusted weight of an entire order. By "adjusted weight", we refer to the fact that depending on your order content i.e. jewelry, nutcrackers or musical water globes the weight will determine your freight charge. Some extremely large or heavy items (over 50 pounds) may require additional charges. Please call for availability and charges.

Shipping Region:
We ship only within the United States and Canada.  At this time we do not ship to the UK, ASIA ETC.
Alaska and Hawaii shipped via US Priority Mail P.O. Boxes okay for AK and HI only
NO P.O. Boxes addresses allowed for the contiguous 48 states.
