Pricing and Orders

  • Net Wholesale Pricing: All prices are wholesale and subject to change without notice based on market conditions, including material and freight fluctuations.
  • Minimum Opening Order: $200 annually (per calendar year).
  • Reorders: No minimum for reorders placed within the same calendar year.

Placing Orders

  • Online Ordering Required: To ensure accuracy and timely processing, all wholesale orders must be placed online at Nutcracker Ballet Gifts.
  • New Customers: Please register and complete the sign-up form. You’ll receive access confirmation within 24 hours.
  • Order Requirements: Include your requested ship date, cancellation date, and any special shipping instructions.
  • Backorders: All backorders will be fulfilled unless canceled in advance by the customer.

Terms of Sale

  • Deposit for Check Payments: A 50% deposit is required to secure your order and ensure prioritized fulfillment. Please contact us to discuss terms.
  • Check Payments: Business or personal checks are accepted if received at least two weeks before the scheduled ship date. A $35 fee applies to returned checks.
  • Credit Cards: Mastercard and Visa are accepted. Cards are authorized at order and charged upon shipment.

Tariffs and Surcharges

Due to recent changes in U.S. import tariffs, orders may include an additional surcharge. When applicable, this will be clearly itemized on your invoice. Surcharges may fluctuate based on evolving trade regulations and supplier costs.

Shipping & Handling

  • Freight Charges: Shipping costs are based on actual carrier rates and handling fees, typically 10–15% of the total order value.
  • Check Orders: Estimated shipping is included on the invoice. Any overpayment will be credited or refunded after shipment.

Return Policy

  • Inspection: Please inspect your order upon arrival.
  • Claims: Report any shortages or damages within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return Authorization: All returns must be authorized in advance.
  • Original Packaging Required: Full refunds only for items returned in original packaging. Partial refunds or store credit may apply otherwise.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% fee applies to unauthorized returns.

Note: Our products are handcrafted decorative items. Once packaging is removed, products are not eligible for full refunds.

  • Handcrafted Nature: Variations in finish, paint, or detailing are normal and part of the product’s charm.
  • Decorative Use Only: These items are designed for display and are not functional nutcrackers.
